Critical points
Drains, expansion joints, skirting areas and wall junctions require specific reinforcement. More critical points means more time and material.
Total area (m²)
Larger surfaces get a better rate per m². Communal flat roofs on apartment blocks allow for more cost-efficient material use.
Accessibility
A terrace with easy access (penthouse with staircase) is more economical than a roof that requires lifting equipment.
